How do I change a user’s role?

To change a user's role, first navigate to the Members page of your Nulab Account. You can do this in two ways:

1. The global bar: Click on your organization's name in the global bar at the top of your Typetalk window. Select "Organization Settings," and you'll be redirected to the Members page.
2. Settings: Click on the Settings icon location on the left-hand side of your Typetalk window. Under the Manage Organization section, select "Members," and then click the "View members on Nulab Apps" button.


Once on the Members page, click the checkbox next to the member you want to update. Then select the "Select Role" dropdown and choose the appropriate option. Click "Apply" to finish.
