Administrators may upgrade or downgrade on the Nulab Account Payment tab.
First, select the organization you would like to upgrade from the global bar.
Then, click “Settings” from the global bar.
Then, under “Manage Organization” click the Plan name next to where it says “Plan”:
You will be directed to the Nulab Account page. Click "Change Plan" to change the plan.
You can start using the new plan immediately.
A downgrade will take effect after your current subscription ends.
When downgrading, your organization's usage may exceed the new plan's storage limits and you will lose access to a portion of or all functions. After exceeding the new plan's limit, please adjust your storage usage by deleting messages, topics, topic members or attached files that you do will need going forward.
