How to check unread DMs/notifications from other organizations
To check unread DMs/notifications from other organizations, please follow the instructions that best match the platform you are using:
If there are unread DMs/notifications from other organizations, a small white dot will appear beside the name of your organization on the global bar.
- Click the organization name or icon on the right-hand corner of the global bar.
- Organizations with unread DMs/notifications will be indicated with a blue dot:
- If there are unread DMs/notifications from other organizations, a small white dot will appear next to the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the global bar.
- Click that menu icon to bring up your list of organizations. Organizations with unread DMs/notifications will be indicated with a blue dot.
